 FreshDirect French Roast  

These beans would probably make AWFUL drip or press -- but for iced coffee made in a Cold Brew they're just about perfect: dark chocolate taste with a hint of caramel. These would be perfect for making an iced mocha.

 I Am a Nerd  

I haven't posted anything in a few weeks because I've been buried in piles of tech-nerdiness -- too much to find time to blog about, and fare too list now.

In public admittance of this true nerdiness I've decided to create a publically viewable Trac server, to share all of my howtos through the wiki and open source projects through an svn repository.
